Kim Jong-Il, the head of North Korea, is clearly a nut job, and nut jobs who play with high explosives are clearly dangerous.
This is according to Reuters:
SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea said on Friday it was in the final stage of enriching uranium, a process that would give it a second path to making a nuclear weapon ... the United States has long suspected the North has a secret programme to enrich uranium for nuclear weapons, though experts say it has not developed anything near a full scale enrichment programme.
Hoo boy.
