We can thank South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford for adding something to the national vocabulary. Now, the term "hiking the Appalachian Trail" also means, well, indoor sports.
I can hear Tim Allen making use of this one. This is possible dialogue that's right within his comedic style:
"I'm going for some Argentinian tail."
"What did you say?"
"I said, I'm hiking the Appalachian Trail."
